    IMPROVEMENTS

    • Combat: Added sound when hitting NPC and freeze frames of attack animations for better hit feedback

    From 22nd to 24th of September 2017, the gods have asked us to prepare three tests for our diligent Alpha testers, in which you can prove your skills. That's why we invite you to take part in various challenges from Friday to Sunday.


    Let's start our labyrinth test on Friday:


    We send you in small groups through a labyrinth built by our GM`s. Here you have to find the fastest way out. The fastest player in a group will compete against the winners of the other groups in a play-off, until the three final winners have been determined. They will then receive a 10 slot game server for one month.

    Labyrinth rules:

    • Presence until 6:30pm
    • All structures remain intact (walls, buildings, crates, etc. must not be destroyed)
    • Time limit 20 min. per run
    • Teams are put together randomly
    • Food and drink available for everyone (only one charge)
    • Breach of the rules will be punished with exclusion from the event
    • The instructions of the GM`s have to be followed

    Here the gods send you to the Gods' arena. In a duel, you will have to face numerous opponents and leave the arena as the winner. As a reward, a free 10 slot Valnir Rok game server is waiting for you for one month.



    PVP Arena Rules & Regulations:

    • All structures remain intact (walls, buildings, crates, etc. must not be destroyed)
    • Players must have joined the server by 6pm.
    • Start of the game is 6:30pm
    • Only the items that you carry and have been assigned may be used.
    • Each player receives exactly the same number of items
    • consumer goods are refreshed after each round
    • Loot of the killed opponent may not be removed
    • The instructions of the GM`s have to be followed
    • Leaving the arena is forbidden.
    • The battlefield must not be abandoned during the fight = defeat
    • Spectators are not allowed to enter the battlefield
    • Interference in the fighting by other players leads to exclusion
    • Due to the current alpha status of the game, Bugs may occur. These have to be reported immediately to the GM`s. The round then restarts
    • Cheats, hacks and abuse of the game technique is prohibited.
    • 3 rounds until 3 winners have been determined
    • After each fight the fighters are killed by a GM and equipped with a new loot

    On Sunday the builders will be asked for help.


    Here you have to prove your craftsmanship. From 12am until 8pm German time, you have to build the most beautiful house, castle or mead hall for the gods. The gods will give you 8 hours to do so. At the end of this challenge, our game masters will evaluate your work and select the winner. He will also receive a free 10 Slot Valnir Rok game server for one month.

    • Every building material has to be farmed by yourself
    • A clan may only consist of one player (no teamwork)

    IMPROVEMENTS


    - Rooftiles should snap better now.
    - Rooftiles snap now on walls and to each other, so bigger roofs are possible, without placing ceilings

    - Improved staircase snapping.
    - Player built chests cannot be looted by pressing f anymore to take everything (should prevent looting everything on accident) - Items can now be looted by right-clicking them (from a chest to the players inventory)
    - By holding ctrl and rightclick players can transfer items to a chest directly
    - The options menu can now be used again if the player dies
    - Changed fps limit on servers to capped 60 instead of 120.

    - Prevents resetting animation actions.
